Get to know Christy

As a kid, I moved around a lot—from Boston to South Florida—and those transitions shaped my deep appreciation for human connection, resilience, and the importance of feeling grounded. By the time I was 13, I knew in my heart that I wanted to become a therapist. My journey led me to the University of Central Florida, where I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Now, as a therapist, I help children, teens, adults, and couples navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and relationship challenges. I believe everyone has the ability to create change in their lives—sometimes we just need a little extra support and space to figure out how. Whether you’re working through big emotions, struggling with communication, or feeling lost in a life transition, I provide a warm, collaborative approach to help you move forward with clarity.

Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my partner, Steve, and our dog, Nala, being out on the water boating or fishing, hiking new trails, or staying active at Orange Theory.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you recognize the strengths you already have and learning how to navigate challenges with confidence. I’d love to support you on your journey.
